Mind The Gap is a free workshop where we ask you series of questions that will help you better understand what skills you need to achieve your dream job and how you can develop these.

During this event we will get you to complete a series of activities-

• Personalised skills audit
• Run through an example of a ‘personal specification’
• Create your own Personal Development Plan (PDP)
